Main Features
1.Our round labeling  machine all made up of stainless steel and 6061aluminum alloy from main board, main frame, convey belt table, legging, to interface, as well as screws and caps.  All process has been through galvanization to have rust free environment.  Main frame is qualified according to G.M.P standard.
2.Apply HMI easy to operate.
3.Apply ITALY MOTORIO motors, J APAN PANASONIC PLC and TAIWAN DELTA frequent converter.
4.Accommodate with auto bottle split device.
5.The height of conveys belt can be adjusted by the height of production line.
6.Labeling precision: ±0.5mm.
7.Labeling speed: 30m/min.
8.Apply heat-printing apparatus, suitable for paper. Plastics, Aluminum materials or other material of label(option).
9.Label position, height, and angle are adjustable by hand also.
10.Auto stop when labels run out.
11.Additional function of bottle correction, split, press and label ironing
